In 2018 Summer preserve class - Jam we made Quince jelly, Plum jam, Apple jam and Blackberry jam. If you would like to see what jam recipe we make in 2019 ... all sesonal and local to Gippsland.

jacican Adult cooking class preserves

This class is suitable for beginners as well as advanced cooks who wish to learn new skills and techniques. You will learn that preserving is not as hard as you think. We will teach you techniques that you can use ta impress everyone with your creative cooking abilities.

Light refreshments included. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.
