This class is suitable for beginners as well as advanced cooks who wish to learn new skills and techniques. We will teach you techniques that you can use and impress everyone with your creative cooking abilities.

The menu is based on what is in season in Gippsland and / or available in the Jacican kitchen garden each week.

What’s included in a harvest lunch at Jacican 

Three-course lunch and drinks including Gippsland wine and beverages. An apron and gardening gloves to use during the class are supplied along with a take-home recipe booklet. 

What you need to bring

Nothing! Jacican supplies everything you will need to pick, cook and share a three-course lunch. We just ask that you wear closed-toe shoes as we will be outside in the kitchen garden for part of the class. 

Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements. Vegan and Gluten-free harvest lunches are offered throughout the year.

Harvest lunches can be offered as a private lunch or dinner for groups of up to 8 guests. For more information on arranging a private harvest lunch, please contact Jacican.
