Preserving Classes

Learn how to make your own summer and winter preserves. You'll leave with your own preserves, the recipes and take home tips. In the summer we make chutneys, relishes and jams, in the winter fermenting and citrus.

This class is suitable for beginners as well as advanced cooks who wish to learn new skills and techniques. You will learn that preserving is not as hard as you think. We will teach you techniques that you can use to impress everyone with your cooking abilities.

Light refreshments included. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.
