Seasonal dinner

Using produce from the kitchen garden and Gippsland producers, Jacican holds seasonal meals and cooking classes. Cooking classes include pasta and wild game cooking. Seasonal dinners include a garlic dinner in February and Wild game dinner in June.

These classes are suitable for beginners as well as advanced cooks who wish to learn new skills and techniques. We will teach you techniques that you can use to impress everyone with your cooking abilities.

Cooking classes include light refreshments. Dinners are six courses meals, with drinks at restaurant prices. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.

The classes can be offered as a private class for groups of 8 guests. Private dinners can be offered for up to 18 guests. Jacican is fully licensed. Wild Game harvest and cooking class
