My tart cooking class is hands-on. Together, you will make all the components of mini tart from scratch, then take your tart home to share with your family and friends!
We will make together:

This class suits beginners and advanced cooks who wish to learn new skills and techniques. You will learn that making mini tarts is not as complicated as you think. I will teach you techniques that you can use to impress everyone with your new tart-making skills.
What’s included in a tart cooking class at Jacican
An apron to use during class and a take-home recipe booklet are supplied.
This pastry cooking class will serve afternoon tea, including tea, coffee, and homemade lemonade. Almond and soy milk are always available, as are caffeine-free hot beverages. This class is NOT suitable for gluten-free or vegan dietary requirements.
What you need to bring
Nothing! Jacican supplies everything you will need to make your own Lemon Meringue tart. We just ask that you wear closed-toe shoes, as we may be outside in the kitchen garden for part of the class.
Jacican tart cooking class can be offered as a private pastry cooking class for groups of four to eight guests. For more information on arranging a private cooking class, please contact Jacican.
