At the start of 2020, I returned to university to complete my Grad. Dip in Journalism at RMIT.

For me, it felt a bit like back to the future.

You know Marty goes to the past, then to 2015, back to the far past only to end up in the same place at the same time, with a whole lot of self-learning. 

That’s where I am now.

See you in the 90s I spent 6 years hanging out making stuff, learning stuff, working at RMIT, hence back to the future for me.

I still am growing food and cooking, but now I am learning to write about it too!

This will mean that when this is all over, and we can visit each other again I will be able to help you write about food, learn about food and share my kitchen table all at the same time.

I am looking forward to it!
