Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Jacican cooking School and food studio, is open each Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm for bookings, as well as walk-ins.

Each week there is a changing seasonal menu for breakfast, lunch, and cakes based on what is growing in the kitchen garden, what is available local to Mirboo North and Gippsland, and what local farmers and artisan suppliers are producing. If you would like to know what is on the menu this week, feel free to ask or check out Facebook or Instagram for menu updates.

The coffee machine is always on. I serve Ducale coffee and Madura teas. Soft drinks are made in-house, using low sugar house-made cordials.

High tea is served every Sunday – bookings required.

Jacican is fully licensed and if I know in advance, I can adapt the menu to dietary needs.

There is skills-based cooking class and long lunches held most weekends. Private classes, team building, functions, and dinner bookings inquires are welcome.
