Together you will make all the pastries from scratch. I will be there to help you along the way!
This class suits beginners and advanced cooks who wish to learn new skills and techniques. You will learn that pastry is not as hard as you think. I will teach you techniques that you can use to impress everyone with your new pastry-baking skills.
What’s included in puff pastry cooking class at Jacican
An apron and gardening gloves to use during the class are supplied, along with a take-home recipe booklet.
Afternoon tea will be served in this pastry cooking class, including tea, coffee and homemade lemonade. Almond and soy milk are always available, along with caffeine-free hot beverages. This class is NOT suitable for people with gluten-free or vegan dietary requirements.
What you need to bring
Nothing! Jacican supplies everything you need to make your own puff pastry in class. We just ask that you wear closed-toe shoes as we may be outside in the kitchen garden for part of the class.
Puff pastry cooking class can be offered as a private pastry cooking class for groups of up to 8 guests. For more information on arranging a private pastry class, please contact Jacican.
