Learn how to make a croquembouche at a Jacican cooking class

My build-your-own croquembouche cooking class is hands-on. You will make all the components of the croquembouche from scratch, then take your croquembouche home to share, with me there to help you along the way!

This class is suitable for beginners as well as advanced cooks who wish to learn new skills and techniques. You will learn that choux pastry and building a croquembouche is not as hard as you think. I will teach you techniques that you can use to impress everyone with your croquembouche.

What’s included in build-your-own croquembouche cooking class at Jacican

An apron to use during the class are supplied along with a take-home recipe booklet. 

Afternoon tea will be served in this pastry cooking class including tea, coffee, and homemade lemonade. Almond and soy milk are always available along with caffeine-free hot beverages. This class is NOT suitable for gluten-free or vegan dietary requirements. 

What you need to bring

Nothing! Jacican supplies everything that you will need to make your own croquembouche. We just ask that you wear closed-toe shoes as we may be outside in the kitchen garden for part of the class.
