Pastry Classes

Learn to make Macarons, dome mousse desserts (just like you see on television), the secrets of handmade pastry in pies, pasties and sausage rolls or tarts and that gluten-free baking doesn't mean sacrificing taste.

In all Jacican pastry classes, you will take home what you bake, along with a Jacican recipe booklet.

This class is suitable for beginners as well as advanced cooks who wish to learn new skills and techniques. You will learn that pastry is not as hard as you think. Jacican will teach you techniques that you can use to impress everyone with your cooking abilities.

Light refreshments included. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.
