- Everything you make can be taken home to share (or not)
My lolly cooking class is hands-on. Together, you will make all the lollies from scratch, then wrap and package them to take home to share with me there to help you along the way!
This class is suitable for beginners to advanced cooks who wish to learn new skills and techniques. You will learn that making fresh lollies is not as hard as you think. I will teach you techniques that you can use to impress everyone with your new lolly-making skills.

An apron to use during the class is supplied, along with a take-home recipe booklet.
Afternoon tea will be served in this pastry cooking class, including tea, coffee and homemade lemonade. Almond and soy milk are always available and caffeine-free hot beverages. This class is NOT suitable for people with vegan dietary requirements but is suitable for gluten-free guests.
What you need to bring
Nothing! Jacican supplies everything that you will need to make your own box of lollies. We just ask that you wear closed-toe shoes as we may be outside in the kitchen garden for part of the class.
